Jaguar Professional Training and their two trainers Chris Herrera
and Jason Jerome to bring you the best possible training. Read about

Chris Herrera CSCS CPT

Chris
Herrera prepped at Macomb High School and was an All-State basketball
and baseball player. From 1999-2003, Chris was a part of the Eastern
Illinois University Men’s Basketball Team and competed in
the 2002 NCAA basketball tournament. He graduated from Eastern Illinois
University in 2003 with a B.A. in Business and a concentration in
Physical Therapy. Currently he is in his last year of completing
his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami. In
2004 and 2005, he wrote articles in I Beyond Magazine, which focuses
on health and fitness.
Chris has been training and developed a strength and conditioning
program for Zach Railey of the USA sailing team. Over the past year
that Zach has worked with Jaguar Professional Training he has moved
to the Finn Class and went from being the 9th ranked sailor to dominating
the field and becoming the #1 ranked sailor in the USA in the Finn
Class. He has also developed strength and conditioning programs
for pro basketball players such as Henry Domercant, Kyle Hill, Rafeal
Brunneum, and numerous grade school and High School athletes.

| Jason Jerome Ms ed, ATC |
 Jason
Jerome graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2003 with a
degree in Athletic Training. Jason has trained Division I athletes
with a concentration in Men’s Basketball, Wrestling, and Football.
He was an integral part of the three-time Ohio Valley Conference
Champion football team. In 2003, Jason participated in the University
of Illinois graduate program. Working extensively with Paralympic
athletes engaging in basketball, swimming, and track. Jason implemented
workout programs, rehabilitated injuries, and supervised game coverage
for all three sports. In 2006, Jason graduated from one of the top
sport medicine programs in the country at the University of Miami.
Currently, he is working with the University of Miami’s Volleyball,
Football, and Track and Field team. Athletes that participate in
Jason’s strengthening, core stabilization, sport-specific,
and position-specific exercise programs include Olympic silver medalist
Lauryn Williams, Junior National Champion Timothy Harris, and numerous
other All-American athletes. Jason has been part of three Atlantic
Coast Conference championships since beginning at Miami. |
