video broadcasts. Every month we will have guest speakers/coaches
online to tell you about the latest developments in training,
sail development, technique, physical training, tactics and
strategy and much more. The monthly cost is $29.00. |

Gold

Gold level members will
in addition to the bronze and silver level features work
with two professional trainers to set up a personal training
program. They will go through testing so we can create the
best possible program for you. You will have access to the
trainers and they will stay in contact with you to track
your progress. Gold level members will also work with OptimistCoach.com
coaches evaluate sailing skills and to set up sail training
programs. The monthly cost is
Gold: 59 per month
Additionally, there will be a one time charge for the Gold
members of $49.00 to have the initial fitness
program set up. |
